However, we recognize that work or life commitments or the odd bad day may prevent
you from taking a scheduled exam or may require you to retake your exam. Therefore,
if you purchased a Suite study package and need to defer or retake your registered exam, we will provide you with extended
access to our online study portal with curriculum updates.
UpperMark Assurance provides qualifying retake and deferral clients extended access or a discount
based on their purchase as indicated in the table below.

Terms and Conditions for Qualifying Clients
- You must have registered for a CAIA exam, deferred or failed
that exam, and registered for a same-level exam in a subsequent exam period.
- Email verification of your retake exam registration for the current exam period to
info@uppermark.com, with the subject line
"UpperMark Assurance".
Eligible documentation includes a screenshot of your account history from the CAIA website
that shows your registration is for a RETAKE exam, or shows both your past and current
exam registrations for the same-level exam.
